This is a simple answer as there are a lot of details you could add but, our basic Tiki Umbrella price for an 8ft circular umbrella is $1900 + tax.

This is tough to answer without speaking with you. Once we get an idea of the equipment you want to install, where the installation will be, if you want accessories like ceiling fans, TV and custom audio, specific lighting specs, etc., we can furnish a quote with 24 hours. There are a lot of details involved in the design and specs, so we need to have a clear understanding before giving a quote.

We make it easy for you. We've built a lot of kitchens and can help you with any design parameters you want included.

Our Palapas are made from an extremely durable, rot and insect resistant cypress family wood, red cedar. We use this wood for it’s long life characteristics and long fine grain.

Our sustainable natural thatch comes from Mexico, is hand cut and trimmed in our shop with a life expectancy of 8-10 years.

Our Palapas are extremely durable and strong and with the bird netting can withstand 130 mile and hour winds. 

Generally, natural palm thatch is hearty and long lasting and doesn't require maintenance until 3 years and then on Cedar posts only.

If you have an exisiting concrete surface area around your pool or an adjacent patio off your home, we use galvanized post connectors installed with stainless lag bolts into your concrete. If you have a boat pier, palapa posts are installed in a similar manner.

Yes. All Luxury Palapa workers and contractor are bonded and insured. 

No, we add the fire retardant on our leaves at our workshop and also treat them after installation.

Our Palapa thatch is extremely durable and often lasts  7-8 years. 

We get this question a lot. It's the same thing; palapa word is a Spanish term for tiki hut.

Yes, because of popular demand, Luxury Palapas offers 3 different styles of of syntethic leaves. They all come with long warranties up to 20 years.

The synthetic palm thatch leaves options outlast their natural counterparts for twice as long.

No, we don't cut the concrete we use anchor bolts and metal plates to secure the palapa.

We sure do. Some of our farm and ranch installations have metal roofs.
